Premier Inns never seem to fail. You know what to expect and they always deliver. Staff were very friendly and polite. Had breakfast at the Mill Lodge. Food was spot on and staff were all friendly. ONLY complaint was the use of additional toasters that were very slow and only warmed the bread, NOT VERY ECONOMICAL OR ENVIROMENTSLLY FRIENDLY!

We love Premier Inn and have always had a great experience. We had just an OK experience at this particular Premier Inn though. Good value for a Sunday night at £56 - that was booked on the day too. The location is nice - close enough to Lincoln City Centre, but still with a semi-rural feel as it's surrounded by fields. If you don't mind walking, you could walk to the city centre, but it's not super close. Car parking was free, but the car park itself isn't massive, and spaces are quite tight to get into. The greet we received upon check-in was lovely. The member of staff on reception was warm, welcoming and let us know they were available if we needed help. Disappointed with the room. We were on the ground floor, and the noise levels were unacceptable. We could hear other guests walking up and down the stairs and across the corridor. It appears that some rooms are the updated Premier Inn style, whilst others are the older ones. Our room was the old-style and wasn't in the best shape. Bath tub was slightly rusty, and finishings/skirtings were damaged and had paint chipping. No USB ports in the room, and a lamp was broken. The bathroom was definitely in the need of a refurb. We usually aren't desperate for Internet access in hotels, but we needed it on this trip, and unfortunately the WiFi either didn't reach our room or was completely out of service. Overall, service from the staff was fantastic, but the room was a let-down, as was the WiFi.
