    I would have written a good review however I came home to a parking ticket because the staff didn't tell me about it - they told my friends who arrived an hour before us, so what was a reasonable price to stay before departing to the hotel has cost me so much more in the parking (why are they charging for parking when you've already paid for a room is beyond me but I would have paid it had I been informed). I will be writing an official complaint to the hotel. It was dark when I arrived and I was exhausted as I had travelled back from a different country that morning and then made the 2 hour journey to luton - just absoloutley disgraceful so congratulations on what would have been a 5 star review now to a 1 star. What makes me even more salty is I had been parked there for 7 hours whilst I slept.

    Pretty big rooms for the price - £130 for 2 rooms for a night. Clean and comfortable. Couldn't get the aircon to work in the middle of the night. No telephone in the rooms to contact reception. Paid parking at £6 per night. Vending machines in the lobby for drinks, snacks and ice cream. Beefeater restaurant across the road with a great selection of draught beers, decent menu and friendly staff. Outdoor and indoor seating. 5-minute drive from Luton Airport. Walkability: Plenty of other restaurants at a 5-minute walking distance.

    Just checked out of the Premier in Luton and it was amazing. Only there for a couple of hours but the room was lovely, spotless and felt luxurious. The shower bathroom again was perfect and really hot shower 👍 The staff was beyond helpful and made me feel welcome. For those wondering if you can walk from the hotel to the Luton Parkway station, yes, it's 6 minutes away and is safe at night (just creepy) if you have a very early flight like I did.
