Poor customer service. I Booked my laser nearly 3 weeks in advance. It was part of a block of 3 and a treatment I've had several times before. The clinic re-scheduled the time several days later then cancelled my appointment less than 2 hours before it was due. I was already en route and had paid for my travel. When I asked why it was cancelled, I was told the practitioner booked to deliver my treatment wasn't trained to do it. I hadn't requested anyone specific and had trusted the clinic to book me in with an appropriately trained individual. I consider this to be terrible operations management and workforce planning as the clinic had plenty of time to review their planned procedures for the day and was well aware of my treatment history. I also note the clinic has a 48 hour cancellation policy which clearly wasn't followed in this situation. Services: Laser therapy, Acne scar removal
