I ordered from them on the 29th of June and my order been completely neglected, I had to keep ask informations about shipping and tracking number and after day 1 they stopped answering to my emails, then 2 days ago (21 August) tired of waiting I sent another email claiming that I still didn't get my lashes, they simply ignored it and after few hours I got a "refund" email, never buying again from them.
