After a warm reception on the phone, we were impressed that Philip visited our home just the day after we had enquired about care, and reassured by the way he listened to what my mother wanted. We’ve been very happy with all the carers who have come. Juliette in particular is a very warm and caring person. As churchgoers ourselves, we really appreciated the way she saw her caring work as an expression of her faith.

I would not have given one star if it was not correct. It is my parent who was the one getting the care from your agency. Very unreliable. Carers not trained for individual clients health needs. Charging for an hour and doing half an hours work and that very rushed. Bad time keeping. Carer coming late or not turning up at all. No training in Health and Safety, Hygiene, Mental health conditions and how to behave with clients.
