After having a slight strain in my quadricep I worked with Hayley Crackle regularly to loosen my muscle leading up to a big game. Each time following a sports massage from Hayley I could notice a huge difference. By the time the game came, I was able to play to my peak performance with my quad finally feeling normal again.
