Should have arrived at 8am this morning to pump concrete. Text me at 7:28 to let me down. Then refused to answer the phone for the whole day! Suspect they lied about pump vehicle breaking down as wouldn’t say who it was. Definitely a firm to avoid! Completely wasted my time then went silent.
