  I highly Recommend this Agency! Raia Bradshaw Was the Agent who viewed us the property on the day, she was very informative and straight forward, friendly and kind. we agreed to put an offer forward, and same day her colleague Matthew Spennewyn (Another fast and efficient Agent who handled most of my phone calls and document work at the agency), set us up with the application process and within 2 weeks we got the property, was a fast efficient service. In this period, Raia and Matt, kept me well informed on what's going on with the applications, never kept me on suspense throughout the 2 weeks. Overall was a great experience. Thank you and keep up the good work! :)

  After a great experience buying a property through Prospect Farnborough in 2020, I have since gone on to sell my property with them. Each member of the team I've had the pleasure of dealing with has been really helpful along the way. My property was valued by branch manager Darren, who took the time to take me through the local market and appraise my property fairly. Tilly was persistent in getting people to view my property, before Jordan helped to get the sale process moving. I would highly recommend using this Prospect office, they really do go above and beyond when it comes to selling homes in the area.

  Great experience dealing with Raia B at the Farnborough branch. After being effectively homeless on the rushed completion of the sale of my flat we were pretty desperate to get into a rental property as soon as possible. Dealing with Raia was a pleasant and smooth process and she helped us secure the house we wanted, moving in just over a week later. Can’t comment on any other part of the service yet but the viewing, application, referencing process was all good and straightforward.

  Jordan Nixon helped us throughout the process. We initially had our property on with Romans for 12 weeks but it didn't sell, saw that Prospect were shifting flats that had been on with other estate agents before, so we went with them. Prospect sold our flat within 10 days which was amazing. Jordan was brilliant with the sale, and supported us greatly through to completion despite our buyer's solicitors causing issues / delays throughout. Thoroughly recommend Prospect & Jordan, been through Prospect twice now and they do the basics well, and communicate constantly, irrelevant of whether there's been progress or not!

  Excellent pitch at the start, really sold you on the benefits of using Prospect versus other estate agents, with demonstrable interest in properties in the local area. We accepted an offer on our property on the first day of listing and on the same day made an offer on a new property which was also accepted (also listed with Prospect). Unfortunately our sale fell through almost instantly, but the team managed to liaise with the vendor to keep our property off the market on condition we were actively trying to get offers on our house. Once we'd managed to get to an accepted offer on our home, we then began the conveyancing process. Unfortunately, throughout this process it seemed that Prospect were more interested in being on the side of the vendor. The two major issues which really soured our opinion of Prospect: 1. The property we were buying required a type of indemnity insurance for historical land usage which our solicitor confirmed should be paid for by the vendor as it is their legal requirement. Our vendor refused. Instead of putting this back onto the seller, the agent tried to pressure us into paying the fee by quoting their agreement with the vendor that "if the house was anywhere else in the area, it would be worth x amount more". Important thing to note is that if we did pay for the insurance and the seller pulled out, they would then have that documentation and it would be lost money on our part. 2. We had some items raised on the survey that we mentioned to the vendor, for which we got unsatisfactory responses. The poor responses lead to us considering whether or not to proceed. Instead of addressing these directly with the seller, transaction support continued to assure me that the owner 'wouldn't let a family member live in an unsafe house' (repeated multiple times). We've since had an electrician and a plumber come to the property unable to believe that we haven't had a serious incident in the home. We really didn't appreciate this bias towards the seller and actually felt bullied by him via the agent. It became very apparent they had more to gain by being on his side. On the positive side, there are a couple of team members at Prospect Farnborough that were instrumental in helping us complete our move and to whom we are very grateful: Shaun was excellent from start to finish on both sale and purchase, and did a brilliant job talking the seller round on the aforementioned insurance issue. He was always calm and reassuring and was a pleasure to deal with. Tilly was great, coordinating and undertaking many of the viewings at our property, with the offer on our sale coming through a bulk batch of appointments she had arranged. She was always courteous and we are forever grateful for her part in securing the sale on our property.
