I have been to Pure and Beautiful multiple times before, however, I booked an appointment for my bridal manicure and pedicure in August. I booked for my mother and I to attend. On the morning of our appointment, approximately 30 mins before, we got a text cancelling the appointment. As a bride, I was left without an option. I wasn’t provided with an alternative nail salon nor a subsequent member of staff who could assist us. No options we provided. As a business, it was highly unprofessional. The lack of customer service was significantly off-putting especially as the appointment was booked for such a special mother and daughter moment.

I have been a customer for that many years that I have lost count. Rosie is an amazing technician and is always very accommodating to your needs as a customer. Nothing is too much trouble I always leave her to use her creative flair and I am the talk of my office when I show off my nails. The compliments I receive are all down to her work 👍 Highly recommend this salon to everyone 😊
