We are absolutely thrilled with the work carried out by Pure on our basement. We were quite apprehensive finding a reliable service for such a big job, but Michael and the team immediately put our minds at ease with their knowledge, expertise and willingness to answer our questions about the work. Shane in particular went above and beyond, updating us every day on what had been done, and what would be done next. We now have two fully functioning pumps, complete waterproofing and reassurance that the work done is of high quality. We Recently had a cellar sump pump fitted by Pure Basement Systems. From the first enquiry to the finished product we have received a first class, friendly professional service. Michael surveyed the job and gave great knowledgeable advice without any pressure. Corrie and Christine in the office answered my questions friendly and easily and delt with emails promptly and without fuss. The fitting team were friendly, respectful and very professional, fitting the pumps and all pipe work to a high standard . A massive Thank You to all involved. Highly Recommend.
