I had booked the Couple Spa Experience from Virgin Experience and my experience at Pure Spa was pathetic. As yesterday it was London Marathon so all the roads to the spa were blocked so it took ud around 15 min late to the spa from our scheduled time , as it was not our mistake still the person giving me spa told me that I was late and so my masaage which was of 30 min she only gave me 5 min back massage and that to was so light handed that you dont feel someone is giving you massage. As it was our anniversary so thought of taking a relaxing spa experience but it was pathetic .After my facial was done there was a sauna sessiin to be cpvered before facial so that we dont get reaction or rashes but she denied that there is no sauna included in your package. After showing her my voucher she said ok there is sauna included you can take but sauna experiemce was more worst as there was no key to the lockers, no soap or shampoo inside the washroom and even they were hesitating for giving us a towel.Was also mentioned in the voucher we will get a herbal tea but they didnt give ys a glass of water also. Would recomend everyone please do not visit!!!

Nice cute facilities very clean and tidy only has a sauna and steam room however so convenient for that size of Hotel! We stayed the night and enjoyed a quick spa session before we headed out. Water was available, the sauna could of been a bit hotter ❤️

I've been coming to this spa for around 5 years on and off and it's gone down hill a lot. While the staff are really kind and friendly, I judge on the massage. I'm basing this on over 30 massages, the last 10 of which have been bad. There used to be some really good masseurs and I loved visiting but now you pay top-tier spa prices for not good massages. I've finally decided to give up trying and won't be coming back. For £110 for a 50 minute (when you book for 60 min as 10 mins is cleaning apparently) you would expect the best but it's not good at all. This last time when I took my socks off the floor was dirty and covered in bits. Not a vibe.

What a disappointment. Booked a massage for my hubby, called beforehand to confirm availability. They told me to book on Treatwell. Received an email confirming my booking, then went ahead an emailed them directly to reconfirm the booking. I did all of this as it was such an important appointment for my other half who had just received some terrible news in his family. He really needed a relaxing massage. But on the date when attending they told us they couldn’t find my booking.. no explanations given.. no proper customer service. I emailed them to enquire what happened and didn’t hear back. Appalling service. And premises looked a bit strange, would def not go back.
