The staff are really helpful. The place is exceedingly busy between midday-midnight and there isn't enough free weights for the number of people that use the gym. Place is cleaned frequently but I have seen clothing and water bottles etc left discarded in the gym for weeks without being removed. Company is annoying by trying to constantly upsell to get the same benefits that used to come as standard.

Used to love this gym when I joined. Good mixture of equipment and decent size. However, this year member numbers seem to have skyrocketed and I have to search and wait for equipment every single time I go, regardless of the time of day or day of the week. It feels irresponsible that there isn't a cap on member numbers because at times it feels unsafe with people climbing over each other and lifting weights within 2 inches of one another. Not to mention the issues with not returning weights to the racks and people filming themselves and catching you on their recording. Unless this changes I will be cancelling membership

The gym has got all the equipment that I need however, the cleanliness level can easily be improved. The tissue in the attached picture has been there for at least 2weeks. I have left this gym and joined Virgin for a year just because of the cleanliness issue. Maybe adding some odour scent killer will help make your clients more comfortable.
