No communication other than automated response to say contact them. Despite repeatedly contacting them regarding my voucher, I had no reply. Voucher has subsequently expired with no offer of resolution so they've had money for nothing! Avoid at all costs! Thank you for your reply, however your response is factually incorrect. Calls were unanswered and I contacted you a further twice on Facebook Messenger... the 2nd time on 10th April with no response and a final time on 27th April again with no response. Unfortunately I feel nothing but inconvenienced!
