First time coming to try the soft play. Sign on the door said due to staff shortage it would open at 11am, which is fair enough only a half hour wait. When it finally opened at 11.10am we were told there would be no soft play. It would have been good to have that information on the sign to save a pointless wait and a very disappointed toddler. Ruined the day, poor customer service, not sure I'm going to bother coming back.

It was okay, had what I needed, but I found it weird that nobody uses the changing rooms. They were surprised when I wanted to, and when they closed early they didn't check the changing rooms so plunged me into darkness and were locking up while I was still there. Do people not change out of sweaty gym gear before heading home in the cold round here?
