Q REALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS - 10YEARS+ - ALWAYS FABULOUS ❤️ I’ve been going to Q for over 10 years and in that time I’ve had amazing (and very reasonably priced in comparison to others) pregnancy massages by Lauren. She’s also painted and re-shaped my nails a couple of times whilst I’ve been in which feels like a real treat! My young daughter has been in several times for her hair to be cut and each time left so happy. The staff are friendly, her hair beautiful and she’s felt like a real grown up. More recently, Lucia and Stefan have done my colour and they are absolutely incredible at balayage. They really listened to what I wanted and ensured I left feeling different, confident and fabulous! Both absolute professionals and total hair gurus! Yes, as more senior hairdressers they juggle clients during the appointment but WOW do they do this with ease, organisation and fluidity! A busy salon to me is nothing but a positive place to be! Lilly has regularly cut my hair (thick and lots of it so not the easiest) and has always done a great job. Taking the time for rollers whilst blow drying for that extra bounce!
