Great experience! Had a few issues with the booking, would have to miss the booking and not get a refund as no one would help us with a solution, but Toshar helped us change the booking time to fit our unforeseen change of schedule. Whislt at the spa, amazing service from Dom and Victor.

I hate to leave a bad review but I was very disappointed with the service I received. I think the spa prices at the crowne plaza are very very expensive & I didn’t get what was promised - a scalp massage which was noted as included as part of the luxury pedicure. I would not say my service was worth £69 - I think that’s extortionate and it was far from luxury. The masseuse was nice but the price & service was very below average. I would not say this place is a spa - more side rooms off a swimming pool.
