My partner and I rented a property through Qualety Ltd for more than 4.5 years. Would recommend this agency to my best friends. Always received quick response to our needs, such as leaking pipes fixed, broken appliances replaced. Among other merits I would name very reasonable pricing and willingness to meet clients halfway. This is a reliable letting agency, which is a rare phenomenon for Manchester (and the whole world).

Avoid them at any cost, charged me holding fee for holding a room for one month at £495 p/m. Upon viewing told me that all rooms are &495.00 pm but once i hold the room, they’ve cut down the prices for all other room significantly. On the moving in date when i enquired about it they accepted that they’ve done it, i tried to get the cheaper room as that could save me a lot of money but the lady name Sandra tried charging me £70 extra for just getting cheaper room and tried tactics to deny me getting the room. Later she says you need to come next day for checking in but disappeared and stop responding. Once i threat her that if she don’t give my deposit back i’ll contact citizens advice bureau, she finally paid the holding fee back. After few days their admin also send me a snotty mail. They’re absolute ripoff, very unprofessional and rude bunch of people.

I rented a room by qualety ltd in higher broughtam, the think is, it's a contract with a lot of pages, they cover themselves for everything and the landlord, but they will not represent your interests as a tentant, I will give you a few examples which happend to me: I left my shoes outside my door(none complain from housemates, didn't stink or anything bad, I like to keep my self very clean and tidy), and the lady from qualety complained to me for health and safety!!! Now from about 3-4 months ago we have a problem with the boiler is keep switching off, even in the middle of the night, and I woke up because I was freezing, so when I explain the situation to the lady and she knew about it, because it's an old problem she replayed to me:" the boiler is functional you just have to topped up...." that's one, when I complain about the cleaning in the house which is in the same contract which we both signed her answer was :" we are not dealing with the cleaner, is the landlord responsibility..." and the list can continue, all I can say I always paid my rent in time, sometimes even with a few days before!!! This time I said I have to do something till the boiler is fixed in short time or I will move out, and I pressured them with not paying my rent!!!
