Dr. Thomai Siamouli was my dentist and she was the sweetest dentist to have. She took care of me the entire time and reassured me everything is okay as I have anxiety as well as being needle phobic. Highly recommended her for treatment done in a high quality way with care. My hygenist appointment was with Lisa Victoria Grigg. I cannot say one bad thing about her service. The sweetest person to have while giving advice that is given in a sweet way without making me feel like my teeth are bad. She is so friendly and helpful and will have a smile on all the way through helping with tips on how to floss in a way that doesn't hurt. Altogether such a sweet team who are always willing to help. I can't recommend this practice enough. I used to be so scared of dentist and still am but this dental practice helped me every step of the way. This made me calm and helped me with my phobia of dentist as I wasn't scared to go back to these individuals because of there helpful and friendly service. Even the reception are sweet and helpful in every way.

Normally I don't have a problem here. However, on my recent visit I was kept waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time. As it was an early appointment I cannot understand why the dentist was running so late. As a nervous patient I was very unhappy with this situation. Hopefully this will not happen again

5 star Dentist. Dimitri is outstanding . He explains options fully and the work he has carried out on my teeth is exceptional, he has a kind and caring manner which is very much appreciated. The care and professionalism I have received is outstanding. Many thanks to Penny his assistant for reassuring me during treatment . This practice has got it spot on.
