Absolutely fantastic team in ENT looking after me during cancer treatment and in the aftercare. Some other QA services could learn some lessons from this team on how to provide good care for their patients. Very reassuring nursing and consultancy staff and you are never made to feel like you are a nuisance. Given the circumstances I feel very lucky to be in their care.
