Held here for 1.5 hours on a bus before being allowed to board P&O Arvia. Not the nicest of places but toilets were clean and tidy.

Arrived by coach, porters took our luggage, wife in a wheelchair, showed passports, on the ship and in our suite in 15 minutes! Off the ship, collected our luggage, porter took our luggage to the waiting coach, off to Heathrow - 20 minutes max. Great experience.
