My fiancé bought me a beautiful watch from Braithwaites in 2020 and I absolutely love it. I had an issue with the winder and this jewellers couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved it with the minimum of fuss despite me living in Liverpool! They advised everything that I needed to do sorted it out and returned it without any inconvenience. The personal touch from when we purchased it and throughout has been amazing this jewellers is second to none.
