I used previously for work and found was perfectly acceptable and left a review accordingly. Paul then installed a shower at my rental property and 8 months the unit come away from the wall. I contacted him multiple times to get him to come and look at it and fix. 5 weeks later he finally said he can go and look at it in 2-3 weeks, when I suggested this was unacceptable he said "find someone else then" and hung up on me.

I asked Paul to give me an estimate for some electrical upgrade work on a rental property, he responded swiftly, went and looked at the work and sent me a competitive estimate promptly. On carrying out the work he communicated when there were a couple of additional bits of work required, so not to have a nasty surprise. Communication and professionalism throughout shone through. Will not hesitate to recommend in the future. In fact I have already done so.
