This is a memorial to the WWII RAF base, which played an important part during the war. There isn't anything more to see than the memorial and a sign which details aircraft types and related information. I wasn't sure how to rate this, so opted for 3 stars. Obviously, if a family member was involved when the base was active, just being at this locations would be a significant place.
