Used to be a handy store for Yodel collections / drop-offs….not been able to print labels for 2 weeks…no urgency to repair Today my entire Wiggle order has been returned because R&A haven't accepted it - despite being a designated collection point! Do not recommend this store

Wow! What an incredibly rude member of staff I encountered this evening. He mumbled something about serving the man behind me for some reason. I asked him to repeat himself to find out why and he mumbled again and continued to gesture to the man he referred to as "brother" behind me to come forward. The man behind me seemed confused and embarrassed about the situation too. I'm never returning to this store. I'm glad there are plenty of alternative shops within steps of R&A.

Absolutely awful customer service. They are illegally overcharging people who pay by card. Over the last year, I’ve noticed more money coming out of my account whenever I’ve bought something from there, then there should be. Last night my partner bought two things that should’ve come to a total of £3. They charged my card £7. I only noticed once I’d looked at my transactions. My partner spoke to the manager the next day who eventually gave him back the money they’d stolen, after a long argument to whether they overcharged me or not. It was evident they have and have done multiple times before. Do not use this store unless you want to be robbed in broad daylight.
