Excellent service from start to finish. Came round & looked at the rooms, made suggestions to what would be best carpet and gave instructions on how to clean the carpets. Carpets were fitted in two days and look brilliant. Aftercare service was offered and offcuts left to put down in high traffic areas. He also didn't mind the addition help from Trev the Border Terrier who definitely didn't* get in the way! *absolutely did get in the way! Can't recommend them highly enough. Good service, great price and local shop. Oh yes and they worked around a heavy sofa and two double bed frames which was brilliant as we wouldn't have been able to get them out without dismantling them.

R&M were excellent from start to finish. We had our staircases and landings carpeted and we're really happy with it. Deluxe carpet for budget price, would definitely recommend to anyone. Carpetright measured our stairs at 28sqm. R&M measured at 24sqm and didn’t charge for extras like delivery.

5 stars doesn't seem enough... Fantastic service from R&M from start to finish. Advised on the right underlay and carpet for my needs, and plenty of choice of carpet to choose from. It was luck i fell in love with a shade they had just got in, ordered on Saturday and they managed to squeeze me in on Tuesday!. I am embrassed i got let down by Tapi carpets first then thought local after! Forget the big boys and support the local! Thank you all for your fantastic service
