Simply cannot put into words how brilliant Rachael has been throughout the process of purchasing our first house. As a first time buyer, all the different steps, processes and potential obstacles can seem very complicated and potentially overwhelming. Rachael went above and beyond to ensure that not only we did everything correctly but also helped us understand the steps so next time we would be better equipped and have a better understanding of the process - being naturally curious this was brilliant. In terms of communicating - the WhatsApp chat made it incredibly easy and quick when discussing updates and asking questions, or which I had a lot (sorry Rachael). Not only was the customer service absolutely impeccable but it was clear as day that Rachael is extremely knowledgable and up to date with all the market trends. I cannot put into words how amazing Rachel Ollington and her team are, to say they go the extra mile is an understatement. I am sure Rachel will say herself it was one of the hardest completions of her time not because she didn't sell the house on the first week, but because of various other factors in our chain. We lost our one house but then secured our second property and completed 1 year on from putting our house on the market with the same buyers who brought the property in the first few days of showing people round. The after care service we got with Rachel was not like you would get with a high street agency (not that I have experienced anyway), Rachel and her team were constantly chasing tricky solicitors to get the sale through at all stages in the process. We were sad when we lost the first property but now two weeks in our new home, it has turned out for the better and I believe this is where we were meant to be. I am so grateful for the determination that her team had to get us into our "forever home" and for being so knowledgeable and thoughtful during the process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent to sell or rent their property out.
