Who Got Next Radio
The service at Radio.co is great for podcasting and radio broadcasting but like with anything technical there has to be online support (not just self-service options) I relay with other stations and when the relay breaks down its very difficult to reach someone in a chat to help fix the problem. On y end that means shows don't get played which hurts the brand if you can't be consistant or have an answer from support to give others about the issue.

I can't say enough good about the team at Radio.co! I looked over the competition, and yeah some may offer more, but at way higher cost, and complaints about lack of Customer Service....not the case with these guys! I own, Chacah Broadcasting Network, Home to Ka'u Radio Station and they've been nothing but AMAZING and very patient while we went through our learning curve Affordability is AMAZING for what you get! They offer the whole package, and I've had NO complaints what so ever, been broadcasting for over 7 months 24/7/365, and even though their in the UK, and I'm i Hawaii Islands, USA, yeah, there is a delay, however, they DO get back to you and offer so much help. Their training videos, one-on-one chat, and more. Worth EVERY DIME!!

OMG RADIO.CO rescued me from a WHACK COMPANY called INTERNET RADIO.COM IN FRANCE THAT WAS very old and out dated. I wasn’t getting the bang for my bucks and was talked down too and disrespected like I didn’t know what I were doing. This radio manager is good but there is a huge LACK of options which should be 'normal' : for example, their system is completely UNABLE to read the image embed in your mp3... so forget about your covers !!! this is unbelievable. Consider another radio manager if you can.
