  Lovely location overlooking Somerset House and the river. Hood service with friendly staff. Would have been 4 stars if not for their winter cocktail menu in the hot May sunshine; needed updating.

  Great location. Lovely furnishings and views. Very poor service. Staff standing around in the bar but none happy to come and take a drinks order. Winter cocktail menu really not appealing in late May. When asked if there were more cocktails available, we were given the winter menu again. Staff all pleasant but didn't seem well trained or attentive at all.

  I was quite exited to visit Radio Rooftop, however was incredibly disappointed. Was booked for an anniversary and the service was so poor, it took 5mins for the host to take us to our table, they didn't provide us with plates or cutlery when food was brought in. Took 5-7mins and then we had to ask for it. Waited 30mins with empty glasses and plates with no service or question if we'd like refreshments. We then decided to leave and had to flag servers down. Throughout the waiting times and 45mins a lot of staff would walk past our table but never be attentive regarding refills or additional orders.

  I booked a reservation of ten roughly a month before the reservation. I called a couple of days before to enquire if I could add a person to the booking to which they said no as there was not enough space as they had a private booking- fair enough. When we arrived we were sat at some weird high tables, not together so half our party was separate and told we couldn’t move the tables. There was a bunch of extra chairs and tables and our tables themselves were set up for twelve? So having an extra person would have been more than possible. We were also told we could not go outside due to the private booking, which was news to me on the day. I paid immediately up front for some bottles for the table and then we opened a tab. Due to the private booking we were really not attended to much. A lot of our group had to go up to the bar to order drinks- which we were happy to do but confused as we were told it would be table service, so we had a mix of table service and bar service, which felt a bit messy. We also tried to order some drinks and the waiter bought over the wrong drinks 2 times until we got the correct order- pretty much- there was still a drink missing but we made peace with it at this point. When the private party had left we were offered a table outside fair enough but this was roughly two hours into us being there so we did choose to stay where we were. The staff were friendly, and it was really sweet of them to bring me a little birthday dessert- however considering it’s a bit of a pricier location and the booking was made a good amount of time in advance I just expected a little more

  I regret to say that my recent visit to this bar was an absolute nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering it to stay away. The appalling behavior of the manager completely ruined our evening, leaving a lasting negative impression. Upon arrival, we patiently waited for nearly half an hour to be served our cocktails. The waitress eventually approached us, expressing her apologies and acknowledging that it was their mistake for forgetting about our table's time limit. She kindly offered to extend our booking by an additional half an hour to compensate. However, a miscommunication arose between my friend and the waitress regarding whether the extension was for 0.5 or 1.5 hours. Seeking clarification, we approached the manager, which unfortunately escalated the situation to an unimaginable level of unprofessionalism. The manager promptly dismissed our request for an extension, claiming that we should have been aware of the rules. Seeking further confirmation, I turned to the waitress to inquire if she had indeed apologized for the initial mistake. Shockingly, the waitress confirmed that the decision to deny us even a 0.5-hour extension was solely the manager's choice. From that point on, the manager's conduct spiraled out of control. She began shouting at us in an offensive and derogatory manner, completely disregarding our rights as customers. Threats were made to take pictures of us and even call security, creating an extremely uncomfortable and humiliating atmosphere. It was abundantly clear that the manager had no regard for customer service or basic professionalism. This experience left us deeply disappointed and disillusioned. Is this how the management team treats their guests? Is this the level of operation one should expect from a bar manager? It is simply unacceptable. I am resolved never to return to this establishment, and I will actively discourage my friends, colleagues, and followers from visiting this bar. I implore others to avoid this place as well, as it fosters an environment of rudeness, disrespect, and humiliation. No one deserves to be cheated, insulted, and mistreated in this manner. In conclusion, I urge Google and its users not to support an establishment that condones such behavior. Let us promote places that value their customers and provide a positive experience.
