Visited the shop on one occasion and also telephoned with a query. On both occasions I was met with a rather blunt, dismissive attitude to my queries. The man was called James and I think the woman was Louise. Invest more time and effort in how you speak and approach customers, it helps! Won’t be frequenting again.
