Though it was a small repair job on an apex that Ross quoted for, his team found further issues on the other apex which they rectified free of charge, which in this day and age is almost unheard of. I was a convert to Ramsey Roofing after my first meeting with Ross who explained my roofing problems simply, objectively and gave me options.. and I felt I had a choice! My decision to have a new roof was an informed choice as a result of our meeting. The team have the most incredible work ethic and have worked solidly and productively to give me a new roof and repair several areas of damage too. They have shown myself and neighbours a level of respect and consideration I genuinely haven’t experienced from workmen before. They are polite, unobtrusive and carry out their work conscientiously and minimising inconvenience. Above all else they have delivered a stunning, quality, fit for purpose value for money roof… as well as focussing on a tidy up at the end of every day hoovering inside too, just brilliant. I recommend Ross and the team in a heartbeat as they have proven to be consummate professionals. Ramsey Roofing were called upon to carry out some roof repairs. Ross the boss, is a lovely honest chap and very knowlegable about all things roof related. He promptly came to inspect the roof and evaluate the repairs needed. His team are also very capable and curteous. They showed up the next day to carry out the works quickly and efficiently and were very polite and respectful. We were so impressed with the fab job, as they went above and beyond, that we have asked them to quote on a few other jobs. We recently had our roof stripped and replaced by Ross and his team and it looks fantastic. The works were completed within a week and the team were really friendly and happy to answer all my questions. They were also really polite to my elderly neighbour whose driveway the scaffolding had to go up on and made sure it was taken down when they finished the works. Ross posts photos of each job on his Facebook page each day so we were able to see progress in real time and with a birds eye view.
