Just had a delivery from these asked for no chocolate ice cream on banana split but arrived with it on spoilt it Also on cookie dough strawberries was added on for extra 99p and didn’t have them on So somebody is not reading the order’s correct

Ordered an Oreo waffle and white chocolate and strawberry waffle. Service is lovely, staff are super friendly and smiley, great prices at £5.99 for those waffles, upgraded menu which is much easier to read. Water was brought with out asking and quick service, Love coming here.

Great menu selection. Music is quite loud and repetitive at times so have scored 4 out of 5. On busier days the desserts can take a while longer to come out. But the options are always a success and delicious!

Where do I even begin! Firstly, we were taken to a bizarre seating area in order to wait for us to be seated? Even though there were spare tables! Secondly, I didn't like the table lay out within the restaurant itself, it was a very open setting leaving no intimacy between me and my partner. In addition to this, even though we were waited on at our table (or should I say second seating arrangement of the evening) we had to pay at the counter. Lastly, no-where near enough staff, service was far too long for a microwavable cookie (chef mic working hard). I am sure you will be happy to hear Mr. Rasssam I will never be attending your so called "creamery" ever again!
