What a great garage and John was really friendly and helpful. I went to Rachet & Spanner on a recommendation after a Dealer garage quoted for work that I felt was unnecessary at an exorbitant price. As a lone female I also thought the dealer garage had used that to their advantage and not to serve me as the customer. John slotted me in very quickly and lent me a courtesy car. He changed the front discs and pads and found an offending stone that was the cause of my issue! The cost for all the work and labour was less than a third of the price than the dealer garage. If like me you are a lone lady and don't want to get ripped off go and see John for all your car woes!! Service: Brakes
