I visited the dentist as a regular check up and I turned up on time to check in at reception. There were two young receptionists on the desk, one wearing an all pink tracksuit and the other in just a casual jeans and a jumper. The woman wearing the pink tracksuit had her feet on the desk playing on her phone. The other receptionist was rude. I asked for a change of name which they did on their records without even asking for a proof of identity. I went to the dentist, who I'd not met before, and ask if she was new, she said she isn't permanent here just a locum. I asked how many permanent members of staff they have here, and she replied none, they are all locum. So I said I'm not returning because when you're working with medical professionals you want to build a relationship and trust with them. You don't want to turn up to someone different every time who doesn't know you or your history. Very poor and frankly unacceptable from a customers point of view.

Went to have airflow cleaning today and it was great experience. friendly staff and receptionist, easy to arrange. My go to for regular cleaning on stain. For those who are new you need to go to the first floor and not on the ground floor.
