I had a lash lift at Rear Fitzrovia and it was really good, probably the best I have had in the area. The only thing that could be improved is offering the treatment in a private room (which was available at the time of my treatment) instead of a bed in the corner of the salon as most people would prefer the privacy of a room given you have to spend an hour with the shields on your lashes. I went to Rawr Beauty Fitzrovia to get a gel manicure on my birthday. Sadly I was disappointed with the service overall. Firstly, I requested a lime chrome colour. I showed a picture, and they were painted a dark green chrome - I hadn't had this style before so wasn't sure how they would come out and was hoping that the manicurist would've picked correctly. When my cuticles were being cut 3 of my fingers bled. I haven't had this before, and now my cuticles are fraying which I believe is from them being cut too short. A day after them being painted, they had already chipped away which I found very surprising. I decided to get the gels removed over the weekend because I wasnt happy with them, at a salon closer to my house. When they were removing the gels they noticed that the gel underneath hadn't been dried properly as it was still wet underneath. Considering the price I was really surprised by this, and in hindsight they were quite bumpy which likely meant the layers were painted on too quickly. Finally, I emailed to let them know and they havent bothered replying which I'm disappointed by, as was hoping to have some direct communication before I wrote a review. Service: Manicure
