Went to these as I had an issue with a Rega record player, they are on recommended dealers list for Rega, I originally spoke to Joe although someone else helped me, the record player wasn't bought from them originally. All of the gear I've ever bought from every branch of Rayleigh HiFi has been true audiophile quality. It has empowered me to master my own 8 tracks as well as meeting my mainstream stereo needs. If dream HiFi is what you are prepared to spend on see the "Rayleigh boys". PX deals are usually fair also.
