He really looked after me and knew his products, stock levels, sizings, etc. I went in to buy a Barbour international jacket and came out with one that suited and fitted me perfectly. We visited York October half term 2022 from Devon. We paid a visit to smarts of York when in the city for the day and purchased a leather wallet and some socks. The service then was exemplary. The wallet recently became faulty and I contacted smarts. I admit I didn't have my receipt so wasn't sure what could be done. Within a couple of hours Ashley had arranged and posted a replacement wallet to be sent recorded signed for delivery so I would receive it 9 24 hours. This is amazing service and not once did I get any objection. Having been a retail manager for almost 30 years this is what retailers should be doing all over the UK. Going above and beyond wherever possible. Thank you Ashley
