Gave me 2 parking tickets on my own street because my permit slipped down a bit. Refused to pay. They sent bailiffs. Ended up paying £550 for parking outside my house on Muriel Street. All the whilst they let a certain person park on double yellows all day outside the back of old KFC. Yes they are aware and let this person do it. Its all about the backhanded corruption. Its a big club and we ain't in it. Over 60 percent of council tax goes towards their pensions.

Sat on the phone waiting to get through to someone for 40 minutes only to be told that there was no one available to take the call and would I like to leave a message! Why couldn't the person who answered have helped me? Shocking customer service what the hell am I paying council tax for.

Social services are a joke, both children and adults. Been let down by both, promises made and broken, essential services not provided. Poor or no communication, everything done at their speed or not at all.

I am still waiting for my council tax bill. I have been in the office 4 times already to request my bill, and rang up about another 3 or 4 times. (Ongoing since April) Each time i am told they dont know why it hasnt been sent and that they will send it. I am still waiting for my bill. They are no help at all. I am currently falling into arrears while waiting for them to send me the bill. This is extremely annoying and each person I speak to blames it another person. They will not even give me a barcode to make payments. I am falling into arrears despite asking over and over for a current bill so I can make payments.
