Room was spacious and nice and facilities were average but staff are terrible. We paid for late check out and cleaning staff kept asking us when we are leaving before check out time, in the end, ended up standing outside out door till we left. The lady I had for my treatment was 30 mins late to work/my appointment first thing in the morning, didn't apologies or seem bothered. Additionally, she filed down my nails so much they are now weak and keep ripping and I came last month. Not impressed.

I had booked a spa day for myself and my mother for March 27th. I had asked for an email confirmation, to which they responded was not possible - don't know why? This got cancelled by the spa - not us - due to illness of staff. I asked for a refund which they weren't able to do at the time. It has been 6 WEEKS and I haven't recieved a refund. I've rang several times and there's always an excuse. Why should I be chasing for a refund that should have been automatic on the day? I will be contacting the ombusdmen if this isn't resolved.

Really enjoyed our Spa weekend, the treatmeant was fantastic and the spa facilities clean, slightly disappointed by the amount of children using the facilities due to noise, but apart from that I would definitely recommend, I'm already planning my next spa weekend there
