Just wanted to give Thomas Wilcox a shout out following our new tenant collecting the keys this morning. Tom was determined to have a shot at marketing the property for us, initially marketed for several weeks by another local agent with no success. Tom never gave up ! eventually we gave him the opportunity with only a few days left before the property was going to be vacant. Tom managed to find several viewings in the first day ! After speaking with a number of estate agents regarding a property valuation, my wife and I chose to deal solely with Tom and Reeds Rains. This was because we felt Tom understood us and how we wanted to market our property the best. Since meeting Tom I have found him to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous and attentive. Again, he has taken the time to listen to what we as a customers want whilst also telling us what we need to hear rather what we want. This is something we highly value. Whilst we have decided to pull back from our original plans for the property we are in regular conversation with Tom about how to proceed with that one and other potential ventures into the property market. This will be a long term business relationship built upon a number of beneficial meetings between both parties.
