I recently got engaged and was fortunate enough to have the choice to pick my own engagement ring after my proposal. My knowledge on diamonds was extremely limited and I didn't know where to begin till a friend flagged Hatton Garden as a starting point. From then I began my research and booked a bunch of appointments. As its such a big commitment, my main focus was to find the right engagement ring at the right price, but what I didn't realise is how important customer service was till I met Daniel. Out of all the stores I visited over the course of a month, I had the best experience with Daniel by far and got my dream engagement ring and wedding ring at a great price also. Honestly can't believe how much I lucked out as Hatton Garden itself can feel quite overwhelming. Daniel was amazing with communication from start to finish and I can't thank him enough.

Daniel at Regal recently helped my partner & I pick her engagement ring. We both had a fantastic experience that led us both in no doubt that we'd made the right choice of jeweller. Daniel helped us select the right ring, being incredibly patient to answer our questions, showing all the options we could hope for. As customers before entering we didn't know much about diamonds and he took the time to educate us and help us select the right option for my partner's tastes. I was also really appreciative about how flexible Daniel was around collecting the ring, I was able to fit it around my work schedule. Given our lack of experience I had thought this might be a stressful purchase but Daniel and Regal made it incredibly easy and even really fun.
