I booked a 60-minute aromatherapy massage. Overall the experience was OK and the person gave a fairly good amount of pressure. However, there were a few problems. 1. The massage itself didn't last 60mins because I was taken in 5-10mins late. 2. I asked at the start if they could focus on my back, neck, shoulders however they immediately worked on my legs then arms. After turning over they again went to my legs, at which point I said again "please could you focus on my back and shoulders". They said they'd do my other leg and then spend the last 15min on my back, which wasn't what I requested. 3. The massage table itself was cracked in the black cover under the thin blanket which was abit offputting. 4. The massage oil itself felt and smelled quite cheap. I was expecting essential oils but it smelled cheap. I won't be going back sadly

Would highly recommend REM clinic to anyone looking for laser treatment. The clinic Manager Adam was very reassuring and informative and answered an endless amount of questions with patience! Very excited for my year of treatment with REM Clinic Update: after a year of treatment. The staff are really lovely. We had treatments every two weeks, full body sessions usually done and dusted within around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the treatment has not worked at all for me, husband, mum or sister who all signed up for year long sessions. We’re actually experiencing worse growth in some areas. I would advise anyone to please thoroughly research before you spend large amounts- particularly discuss with other clinics whether frequent (every two weeks), short sessions are actually the correct method. From my experience, advice I’ve since been given from most other clinics, is actually that less frequent, longer sessions should have been the correct course of treatment. Of course, everyone is different but I would stress you should research before committing. Service: Laser hair removal
