They let properties illegally. They fail to conduct repairs, DESPITE collecting service charges from landlords. They continue showing bidders around DESPITE prohibition orders preventing the legality of such incidents. They charge tenants for bills then fail to pay the bills, forcing tenants to pay twice or go without, when we already paid for them... They are without a doubt the WORST examples of this type of agent there is, and I cannot advise you strongly enough to avoid these charaltans. Their reviews tell you all you need to know.

Useless. Can’t even reply to emails. Awaiting a ground rent invoice to PAY it but they cba updating the address I have on file with them despite emailing and ringing twice in the past month. Won’t be paying till they can be bothered to do their job and update their clients personal information they have on file in line with GDPR regulations. Update: still trying to get my details updated. 2 voicemails left and 4 emails sent now. Still no response; this company doesn’t want paying. @grant on 18.10.2022 I have rung that number today at 09.39, and previously 3 times but it goes to voicemail every time conveniently. I have rung the sales team for a change as I’m sick of trying to PAY you (funny how the phone is picked up when there’s potentially new business) for ground rent. I have apparently had my address updated (I’ll believe it when I see it!) but still no invoice has been received to my email that your advisor confirmed back to me today. How you can manage properties when you can’t even manage phone lines is beyond me. I thought RMG where bad but you guys are something else!

Are rendall and rittner still in business? Are you having financial difficulties? You’ve had scaffolding on Citygate for 16 months now and we have just been told that the workmen have completely walked off site because rendall and rittner haven’t paid them for weeks now. I’ve been trying to call you for the last 2 days now but either no one answers the phone and it just rings out. Or someone answers but when I ask to speak to someone about Citygate, mysteriously no one is available to speak to me and they will call me back but no one ever calls me back. Are you even still in business? Have you gone bankrupt? Should I cancel my service charge?

Just moved into an apartment managed by this company. The lease stated I had to have permission to keep pets (even though I have bought the apartment). I have 2 cats ( both elderly housecats). To obtain a letter of permission for my cats I have had to pay this company £240! £120 per cat. Absolutely outrageous! No justification for such an extortionate cost.
