Finding the right estate agent to sell our house was really important, as I'm sure it will be to most people. We were under quite tight timescales and the team at Renton & Parr pulled out all the stops to get our house on the market. Tom Bird was extremely professional, even meeting us on his day off. The property was valued the next day, brochure and photos completed, with our home being on the market and sold within 7 days. In addition to Tom's professionalism, what really gave me some comfort that Renton & Parr could sell my home, was that they had carried out quite a lot of analysis on similar homes, square footage costs and information on the number of similar homes available, to help them value our property. They also hold a significant database of prospective buyers who met the criteria of house we were selling. 10 appointments were arranged within a couple of days and we sold immediately. Tom and his team communicated all the way through the sale with us, so if you're selling a house in or around the Wetherby area, I would highly recommend speaking to Tom. Fantastic service.
