**Extreme Caution** Be really careful about giving this business your custom. I don't often give a bad review, but effectively they have stolen the money I gave in good faith for a simple iPhone screen replacement. The level of customer service is non-existent. I have been lied to and now ignored via phone, text, website and Facebook. My experience over the last few weeks has been the worst and I would not want anybody else to go through the same. Note the Bicester store are no longer affiliated with the Wantage store and are under new management. I have only one course of action which is legal. Please think carefully as you may end up having to do the same.

I'd give zero if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After 5 weeks of waiting for what should have been a standard screen repair they still haven't done it. The screen will be repaired elsewhere. Do not waste your time with these cowboys.

Dreadful service waited over 2 weeks for a part for my phone to be repaired turned up and they had ordered a part for a different model. I went to Phone Master in Didcot the same day and repair was carried out and fixed within a hour at a cheaper price.

I popped in with my iPad after the charging cable got snapped off in the port Adam without hesitation assisted me with removing it completely free of charge , whilst another shop had told me it was not fixable and a new port would need to be fitted costing £60/65. Fantastic customer service with a friendly face , thankyou !! I will most definitely use again.

Very disappointing service on serveral levels. After being told they could fix my phone screen, they didn't have the screen in stock. I waited 2 hours for it to arrive, to be then told they then coudn't fix it as it hasnt arrived. Manager called to apologise profusely and offered a voucher to compensate (in return for me changing this review) so i was impressed with his customer service. However, that voucher never arrived. Seems like their customer service wasn't as good as first thought which is very disappoiting.
