I got my legs waxed here. I get them done elsewhere usually but wanted to check this place out as it is much closer. Price was very reasonable and about the average for leg waxing. She was nice enough and did a decent job overall in terms of hair removal, but there were several issues. For these reasons I won’t be going back and will stick with my usual place at WaxStop (excellent service - see my review!). Firstly, she was clearly in a rush and wanted to get my treatment done as quickly as she could. Secondly, the bin in the corner where the waxing rubbish etc was put, was brimming to the top and nearly overflowing. Nobody wants to see this poor level of cleanliness, especially when going for a waxing treatment. Thirdly, due to her wanting to get my treatment done quickly (to see another customer who she clearly was friends with, who was waiting in the sitting area), the lady left so many horrible bits of wax on my legs and feet! I spent like 25 minutes at home scrubbing and pinching my skin with a wipe to remove it all. Was a nightmare. And lastly, the aftercare was minimal. She quickly put a bit of baby oil on my legs, from a bottle with barely any left in it, and gave it to me to finish off myself. Therefore, I’m giving two stars.

Regular Salon go to salon always meets the needs of their clients, they provide amazing treatments environment at the salon is very warming and welcoming. Have always had pleasant experiences , owner herself is very lovely, taking genuine time and effort to ensure you are happy with the treatment. Would highly recommend 👍🏻😊
