Self-service...Hash browns ran out and we were constantly waiting for the trays to be refilled - they were not being filled up enough for everyone to be able to help themselves(eggs, baked beans, etc).

Absolutely amazing hotel! We chose this hotel to host our wedding, if I could give 10* I would, from the moment we booked our wedding to checking out we were really looked after by the hotel manager and her amazing team! Nothing is ever too much trouble for them all, they are all so polite and well mannered. We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff are lovely and always have time to talk to you when passing. The breakfast on both mornings was lovely and well stocked, if anything ran out the servers would make sure it was topped back up really quick. So if your looking for a wedding venue or even just a place to stay for a few nights this is the place to be❤️

Can’t fault the place friendly staff this hotel has everything you could need, very spacious, heated flooring in the bath room, excellent lighting, usb plugs, a wireless charger alarm clock, bath big enough for 2 people, hairdryer provided & everywhere was clean, we had extras of everything such as towels, pillows and toilet roll Would definitely recommend thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning 😊

Stayed at the Hotel for a week, staff are fantastic, breakfast was decent enough, the restaurant is closed of a evening, but staff very helpful in arranging delivery, Rooms are very tired and can be a long walk from reception, Unfortunately we had to cancel our two month booking due to the fact our rooms wasn't cleaned for the whole week ,wet towels left on the floor, no coffee or tea refills, no toiletriesleft, and bin left overflowing, We did complain two both the evening manager and daytime manager but unfortunately this proved in vain , Would I stay there again?,,,,,,,,,,unfortunately not
