Very poor service wouldn’t recommend dealing with this estate agent. No communication after a sealed bid tender offer, kept in the dark to be used as a back up buyer. When calling the office on numerous occasions for updates I was told nobody was available due to being in meetings and never got a return call. Found out over 2 weeks later we weren’t successful via email, very very poor. Gemma the receptionist also needs a lesson on customer service skills, very rude.

We were successful in a sealed bid process for a plot of building land. After doing initial plans with an architect, and engaging a solicitor we were gazumped by someone a few weeks later offering a higher price. We weren't even given the chance to review our offer. We were supposed to be on their mailing list for other building plots, and I even sent reminder emails every couple of months stating we were still actively looking and had cash. We never got any replies to emails. Since found out they had listed and sold a nice plot we would have gone after, had we known about it. Very unprofessional outfit, with poor standards, and dreadful communication.

Was selling some land with Richard turners and they have treated us like dirt and was showing people around our property and land unattended and we have had our property broken in to and vandalized due to Richard turners not attending the viewings and letting people look round agents our will and it was in the contract that Richard turners would handle all the viewings. Etc. Don't recommend these.
