    We chose to Richardsons after reading all of the amazing reviews they have and we were not disappointed. I usually hate going to places like car dealerships due to the pressure from most sales teams. However Adi saw us looking at a kia, came and gave the keys and left us to look at it ourselves which immediately makes you feel less awkward and no pressure. He was really accommodating and let me and my partner do 2 separate test drives and let the other sit in the office as we had our little one with us and even offered us a brew! We ended up buying the kia and from start to end the process was made simple and comfortable (even when we couldn't find the logbook for the car were part exchanging). We picked up the car less than a week later after it having a full service and MOT. Couldn't fault the team at all and will definitely be going back when we eventually need our next car and would recommend to all.

Just had the most fantastic experience with repair under dealer warranty of a couple of faults that developed on the car. (siezed brake calliper and a blow on the exhaust, both needed replacement). Got a quote for repair, sent it to Simon, the lovely sales manager, it was approved, work carried out at our local garage, the car back on the road and we were refunded the cost- start to finish about 36 hours! No quibble, no trouble, Simon listened, reassured me, said he would confirm and get back to me - and he did. Absolutely first class outstanding service. Thank you so much for dealing with this in such a professional, efficient and friendly manner. Would highly recommend this dealership and will happily use them again.

    I received a good service from this garage - I saw the car on bank holiday Monday afternoon, agreed to buy it & asked for it to be ready on Friday morning; they managed to do the MoT, service and repaired the key fobs, all in time for Fri morning. They kept me up-to-date with progress, phoning me with daily updates. And then collected me from Lincoln railway station, which was helpful. The whole process was very relaxed and easy.

    Recently bought a 2017 Skoda Fabia Estate Monte Carlo. From start to finish, great customer service from Richardsons. Staff were happy to let us browse and look around, not pushy but were on hand when we had any questions. When the sale was agreed, we were offered a very fair trade in price on our part exchange. While the vehicle was being prepared for sale, they were happy to sort any problems that arose. The car was supplied with a full MOT and they had even corrected any advisories on that MOT before handover. Not many dealers would do that. Overall very impressed and would have no hesitation recommending and would go back again when I am next looking for a change in the future. Many thanks
