Great service. I had 2 x 1210's serviced and ready to use again. A few months after I got my father in law's very old Pioneer deck and Sony amp fixed as a surprise for his 70th birthday. I have given Rico a couple of items to repair over the past couple of years. One included my Boss BR-900CD 8-track recorder and last week (Sat 25th Mar 23) some cables as they needed new connectors and cable needed looking at. Rico was able to rectify both items and the 8-track recorder which is over 20 years old is working as well as it was out of the box! The cables are even more professionally fixed compared to Richer Sounds (who are great) installation. So go check Rico out if you need cables and connectors fixing, 8-track recorders looking into from a friendly and professional guy who appears to care about his work and offering the consumer a quality service.

Rico was really helpful. He replied promptly to my email and checked out a brand new Lenco L3808 record player that wasn't working and was under warranty. He identified it wasn't the stylus or anything external and recommended returning it as under warranty. I will definitely go back if I need any repairs in the future.

Saved my headphone. I thought I was losing it after checking in a couple of other repair shops. The owner is very kind and gives a great solution. Brought my headphone back alive. Writing this down listening to my favourite playlist with it. Definately recommend. (The entrance is in a small alley next to Bar San Juan Cafe. Took me a few minutese to find it but the reward is amazing.)
