Our builder recommended Ridgway to us for our new kitchen & utility room and although it was a bit of a drive to their showroom, we were so impressed with Ridgeway's customer service from our first visit. Gary Shorne, our kitchen designer, helped us work through our initial thoughts and was so knowledgeable about styles, designs, appliances - right down to the smallest of details on the units. We decided on a Hepworth & Wood kitchen (with new appliances supplied by Ridgeway as well) and following our initial visit, Gary then came to our home to really understand how the design needed to fit within our kitchen/utility space. He came up with various designs and liaised with us and our builder regularly until we were happy with the final design and our builder knew it was achievable. Through this process, the detailed photos taken from every possible angle shown to us on a large TV, made it possible to get a feel of what it would look like at the end, which was invaluable. On the customer service front, we felt Ridgway was unmatched and I cannot praise Gary enough! Before the kitchen was manufactured, Gary and Brendan visited again to double check some key measurements - pre-empting any problems later on. Living in a cottage over 100 years old means that not a single wall, ceiling or floor is level but Gary assured us it would be ok. Our installation was done by Alan and I was amazed by his meticulous attention to detail to every part of the fitting process. The fitting took a few weeks and watching it come together really made me realise the quality of kitchens supplied by Ridgeway. As we made our last few decisions, nothing was too much trouble for Alan. He even took the time to come back a few times to check everything was ok and working/operating as it should be - even re-drilling some shelf holes so we could fit our taller glasses into them (I hadn't planned for those)! Once installed, there was just the painting to do. Richard, our painter, was fantastic and worked evenings and weekends to get it finished as quickly as possible. I hadn't realised how detailed this part of the installation would be - the painting is so fine, I think I would struggle to find a brush stroke - it really is a work of art! We are absolutely thrilled with our Ridgeway kitchen.

We can’t thank Ridgeway enough for their help and support in delivering our new kitchen. We had a long list of requirements and Jon listened carefully to incorporate them all into our kitchen design. He even visited out house twice to help us map out the new design and understand the new proportions of everything as we were knocking through two rooms to create a larger space. Customer service was excellent and Jon really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. We would not hesitate to use Ridgeway again and highly recommend them. Service: Kitchen design
